This isn't grocery related, but it is budget related so thought I'd post it - hope it's OK.....
Might sound odd in the current "economic times", but we just found out that it's not a bad time to refinance your house. Mike's boss told him that interest rates were low and going lower so Mike called our "house lady" that we've worked with since we bought our house and she agreed. We just refinanced right after Cora was born, so only 2 years ago (and thought we had a good deal then), but she said anytime you can go a full percentage point lower that it's a good move, and apparently you can right now. Just wanted to pass along the info!
